These Terms and Conditions of Use (“the Terms”) regulate your use of the Site and by browsing the Site you are demonstrating your acceptance of the Terms in their entirety. If, for any reason, you do not accept the Terms either in whole or in part, you should leave the Site immediately. If you register as an advertiser with us then there are specific terms that you must observe in addition to these Terms when using the Site, but we’ll come to those later.
Throughout the Terms, when we refer to “we”, “us” or “our” etc, we are referring to Houdini Media Limited. When we refer to “you” etc, we are referring to the user of the Site.
We may update the Terms from time to time and if we do any changes to the Terms will be effective from the date when they are posted on the Site. We may also have to take the Site off-line from time to time to carry out maintenance work, in which case, we apologise in advance.

Houdini Media Limited ‘Search System ’ is the section of the website that lists all organisations bok and web entries on the Working Travel Directory database. You are not required to pay Houdini Media Limited for your use of the ‘Search System’ section of the Site. We provide information about job vacancies, courses and projects which is provided by external organisations for inclusion on the Site. This information is published by Houdini Media Limited in good faith on the basis of the information which we receive from the company in question, and is provided by us without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Houdini Media Limited are not a party to any contract which may arise between you and any employer arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Site.
We try to ensure that all of the information and other Site and Book content is accurate. Houdini Media Limited makes no representation, warranty or endorsement, however, as to the accuracy, suitability or reliability of the information or other content on the Site and in the Book. We simply provide this information “as is.”
We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage which may arise from reliance on information or advice contained in this site, or from your inability to access the site, except where the loss or damage arises as a result of our negligence in which case our liability to you shall be limited to£10.

The Site and the Book may contain links to other web-sites. We are only suggesting these sites to you for information purposes only. The fact that we have suggested them to you does not imply our endorsement of the web-site or its content. These Terms only apply to the Site and the Book and do not extend to linked sites which you may visit. We can only advise you to exercise care when visiting linked site and we cannot accept and liability for the linked site and/or its content. If you think any external site is offensive, inappropriate or illegal, please let us know by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
We reserve the right to assign this agreement, and to assign or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under this agreement. You may not without the written consent of Houdini Media Limited assign or dispose of this agreement.
These Terms and the agreement which arises between us, Houdini Media Limited, and you the user through your use of the Site, is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the law of Scotland and each of the parties submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
